This confirms that Adam Giles’ company, ATG Heating and Plumbing, were responsible for the design and installation of Ground Source Heating at our property in Constantine - carried out during the Covid epidemic. This involved the excavation and laying of 5 x 40m trenches with ’slinkies’, all connections to the house, installation of a 13Kw Kensa Heat Pump, all the associated plumbing and building of a plant room to accommodate this, installation of multi zoned underfloor and conventional central heating, and fitting a hot water system from the heat pump. The property in question is approx 400 square metres so it was a substantial job.
