This confirms that Adam Giles’ company, ATG Heating and Plumbing, were responsible for the design and installation of Ground Source Heating at our property in Constantine – carried out during the Covid epidemic. This involved the excavation and laying of 5 x 40m trenches with ’slinkies’, all connections to the house, installation of a 13Kw Kensa Heat Pump, all the associated plumbing and building of a plant room to accommodate this, installation of multi zoned underfloor and conventional central heating, and fitting a hot water system from the heat pump. The property in question is approx 400 square metres so it was a substantial job.

Adam and his employees have been pro-active, responsive and highly skilled and we were fortunate to have chosen ATG to carry out this job for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending ATG to carry out such work and you could be confident that they will deliver a first class job.

We needed an oil boiler upgrade and decided on the installation of an ashp (making use of the government grant scheme in the process). After shopping around we opted for the Vaillant ashp and ATG Plumbing and Heating came highly recommended. We were so pleased with the installation and Adam’s team were very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working in the house. The heat pump is providing us with ample hot water and the existing radiators were all utilised for the heating system. A very smooth experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

His team did a great job of the installation – all the work was really nicely done with minimal mess and disruption. They were also great at coming back promptly to make a few minor tweaks to the system when asked. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
